Education. Workflow. Community.
The CarePlan Advisor Alliance gives professionals the classes, practical frameworks, and client-ready tools to turn complex care conversations into clear, defensible plans.
CarePlan Academy on Skool
Classes are built around the real conversations, documents, and tradeoffs that care plan advisors face—not abstract product trivia.
Learn the family, care, cost, and funding questions that belong ahead of any product discussion.
Work through real illustration structures, visible assumptions, funding alternatives, and client-ready scenario conversations.
Use advanced case clinics to address couples, changing care events, portfolio effects, replacements, and ongoing service.
CarePlan ProStudio
A focused software workspace that helps advisors extract and validate illustration data, model care events, show possible household effects, and prepare a clear client conversation.
Bring a carrier illustration into one workspace, extract the values that matter, and require the advisor to confirm critical fields before modeling.
One shared workflow
Learn a framework in class. Apply it inside ProStudio. Bring the case back to the community.
Clarify care preferences, family capacity, existing resources, and the decision that needs to be made.
Use visible assumptions to show what happens if care is needed, delayed, prolonged, or shared between spouses.
Translate the options into plain tradeoffs a client can repeat to the rest of the family.
Record the reasoning, disclosures, unresolved questions, and the next service commitment.

The alliance standard
Assumptions, alternatives, and limitations stay visible.
If the family cannot explain the plan, the work is not finished.
Training should change what happens in the next client meeting.
Tools support the advisor; they do not replace suitability or compliance.
Why CarePlan Advisor Alliance
The alliance is being built by professionals who have worked inside the insurance analysis, care-risk, client-education, and case implementation conversations that shape a real care plan.
We believe credentials matter—and so does the ability to turn those credentials into a process a family can understand and an advisor can repeat. Full founder biographies, licenses, designations, experience, and professional affiliations will be verified and added before public enrollment.
Mark McCanney is a co-founder of the Alliance and separately operates McCanney Capital. The organizations serve different audiences. Alliance membership or ProStudio use is never required to work with McCanney Capital, and visiting either site does not create a client relationship.
Before you join
CarePlan Advisor Alliance is an education and workflow platform for professionals—not a consumer insurance agency or carrier.
It is designed for licensed insurance professionals, financial advisors, care planning specialists, and adjacent professionals who want a stronger process for long-term care and aging-risk conversations.
The CarePlan Academy community and classes are planned for Skool, including live sessions, replays, discussion, and implementation support.
No. ProStudio is designed to organize advisor-validated illustration data and support scenario modeling, client communication, and documentation. It does not verify carrier data on its own or make a recommendation. The advisor remains responsible for professional judgment, suitability, licensing, carrier rules, and compliance.
Do not assume continuing-education credit unless a specific class is clearly identified as approved. Course approvals and applicable states will be listed with each eligible class.
Not on this public website. Do not send client names, health information, account numbers, Social Security numbers, or carrier documents through an unsecured channel. ProStudio document access will open only after secure upload, privacy, retention, access-control, and deletion procedures are in place.
The class calendar, ProStudio release scope, membership options, pricing, privacy terms, and enrollment links will be published on careplanaa.com before access opens. For pilot or founding-access questions, email Mark at mark@careplanaa.com.
