This notice covers the public careplanaa.com website. It does not yet cover the future CarePlan Academy community or CarePlan ProStudio application; each service will publish additional terms before it accepts member or client-case information.

The current public site is informational and does not provide a form for uploading client documents or sensitive personal information. Standard hosting systems may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Do not send client information here

Do not send names tied to insurance or health details, carrier illustrations, account numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other confidential client information through this public website or an unsecured channel. ProStudio case-document access will open only after its secure upload, access-control, retention, and deletion procedures are published and operational.

Third-party services and links

Links to Skool, McCanney Capital, or another third-party service take you to a separate organization with its own privacy practices. We do not control those sites. CarePlan Advisor Alliance and McCanney Capital are separate services for different audiences.

Future updates

Before paid enrollment or document processing begins, this notice will be expanded to identify the operating entity, service providers, data categories, purposes, retention periods, user choices, and any state-specific rights that apply.
